Jr. Technology Recruiter

JDA TSG has immediate opportunities for Junior Technology Recruiters to join our team. In these roles, you will work closely with the Recruiting Leadership and team members to recruit exceptional talent. Positions can be based in either Dallas, TX or Greater NYC. These are salaried jobs offering commissions and benefits OTE = $75,000+ at plan

Core Accountabilities:

·     Recruit Microsoft Infrastructure Engineers and Consultants for exclusive opportunities with JDA TSG

·     Sourcing through research, networking and direct outreach; LinkedIn (Recruiter), Indeed, Dice.com

·     Qualify candidates through phone and video interviews and assessments

·     Build long-term relationships with candidates to develop a pipeline of talent and referrals

·     Seek out insights to further your knowledge of recruiting and technology, helping to advance your career in the direction of a Senior Recruiter or Business Development Manager

The Experience we are looking for:

·     2+ years of Sourcing and Technical Recruiting experience including advanced Boolean Search

·     Demonstrated track record of success in meeting metrics and hitting goals

·     Familiar with LinkedIn, Indeed and Dice

·     Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to proactively source candidates

·     Find top shelf candidates beyond surfing job boards
