O365/Exchange Online Subject Matter Expert 

Location: Milan (50% onsite, 50% remote)

Duration 12 months

Compensation: $45,000 Euro

We have immediate opportunities for O365/Exchange Online experts to join our team working as Customer Engineers (CE’s). A CE’s time is dedicated to working with some of the largest, and most sophisticated companies in the world, usually F1000 companies. CE’s work with and assist customers in building, deploying, operating and optimizing complex enterprise environments. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption and support of O365/Exchange Online initiatives.

The primary work typically performed includes:

·      Standard Product Work Shops - Training

·      In-Depth Product Reviews - White Board (Chalk Talk) Sessions

·      Health Checks / Assessments

·      Post Operational Review of Product Implementations

·      Product Upgrade / Migration Assessments

·      Systems Performance Reviews

·      Act as the primary technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support and problem resolution for corporate customers, including issues raised to the highest levels of management

  • Fluent English oral and written communication Key technical resource for the customer

Required Experience 

  • Designing and Implementing and troubleshooting Services of MS Exchange server ( 2013, 2016, 2019 or Exchange Hybrid) such as: High availability (DAG), Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting and Logging 
  • Assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management. 
  • Direct hands on experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations. 
    • Office365 – Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid deployment/admin experience and post migration mailbox features setup 
    • Active Directory – Exchange integration (multi forest infrastructures) 
  • Supporting Microsoft Teams and M365 cloud solutions will be a plus 
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Networking and PowerShell scripting experience
