JDA TSG has immediate opportunities for Dynamics 365 experts to join our team working as Customer Engineers (CE’s). Positions are full time salaried roles with JDA TSG offering competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits. CE’s work with some of the largest and most sophisticated companies in the world, typically F1000 organizations. They are responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Dynamics 365 initiatives, assisting customers in building, operating, and optimizing Dynamics 365 within complex enterprise environments. CE’s are trusted advisors and specialists clients rely upon for guidance, education and adherence for best practices, risk mitigation etc.

Salary range: $100 K - $120K based on experience

Travel: CE’s are home based and deliver services via Microsoft Teams, however some travel may be required.

Primary Work Includes:

  • Standard Product Work Shops – Training
  • In-Depth Product Reviews - White Board (Chalk Talk) Sessions
  • Health Checks / Assessments
  • Post Operational Review of Product Implementations
  • Product Upgrade / Migration Assessments
  • Systems Performance Reviews
  • Act as the primary technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support and problem resolution for corporate customers, including issues raised to the highest levels of management

Core Accountabilities:

  • Help accelerate Microsoft client transformations to D365 by providing architectural, design and advisory services.
  • Lead Customer Success engagements including Scoping, Requirement gathering workshops, Solution Architecture and Design, Configuration, User training and leading teams through the lifecycle.
  • Act as subject matter expert, build strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as a team leader on engagements.
  • Deliver effective presentations to audiences of various sizes
  • Maintain extensive product group relationships and drive technical readiness for Dynamics solutions with product certifications and specific ISV packaged solutions expertise as needed.

The Experience you need to excel in the role:

  • 5+ years experience developing, customizing, tuning, troubleshooting, implementing, or supporting one or more of the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 CE Online, Dynamics CRM or related.
  • Current, hands-on experience with implementing large projects on Dynamics 365
  • Directly supporting multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 implementations with focus on pre-sales/business development as well as engagement delivery.
  • Understanding of competitive technology to properly assess feasibility of migrating customer solutions from, and/or integrating with existing customer systems from non-Microsoft platforms.
  • Experience with database driven systems and/or familiarity with Azure is preferred
  • Troubleshooting knowledge and experience
  • Understanding of Automation, Continuous Integration and Deployment (DevOps) methodologies
  • Ability to read/write C# and JavaScript is a plus
  • Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills
  • Certification preferred but not required: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert and/or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
